A moment of healing and deep connection with yourself

Through tapping into a specific two-phase breath pattern, you are guided to move from your rational and analytical mind to a different state of consciousness.

The presence in and with your body (and breath), empowers you to create a more compassionate relationship with yourself. And gives you new points of reference and sensations from which you can build greater self-awareness, self-dialogue and self-alignment - in your day to day.

This session is for you if you are feeling stressed or disconnected from yourself - your emotions, your truth and your intuition.

Or if you feel stagnant, overwhelmed, burdened or blocked creatively.

It is also for you if you are curious to find new ways of self-discovery, like to change perspectives or want to care for yourself - mind, body and soul.

While the breath-practice is steady and structured, it has a feminine feel. Giving you the space to adapt and stretch into your edges and abilities in each moment - with presence, but without force.

A check in and grounding - giving you space to surface any questions or areas you want to focus on

If needed a walk through of the breath-practice

A 45-ish minute breath practice - including rest and integration

If desired, a moment to reflect and share thoughts and experiences from the practice

All is accompanied by a curated playlist and tips for how to set up for your practice at home.

Your evolution - breath by breath

Seemingly simple, the breath is a millenia-old method, to quiet your busy mind, drop into your body and listen. Our bodies hold a lot. The stress, fears and traumas - much as the joys - that all leave an imprint on our body and in our nervous system. If you are looking for a complement - or an alternative - to always starting your moments of self-connection and care with explaining and intellectualising, breathwork is a beautiful option. There are many different techniques and modalities of breathwork. Structured breathing patterns aimed to support you - your health, wellbeing and connection to self. Allowing you to care for yourself - your body, your nervous system, your mind, your soul - holistically, without sacrifice. This is one of them.

Allow for everything and nothing

Each breath-practice and session offer something different. Each inhale and exhale enlightens something new about your capabilities and your needs - and invites you to listen. Some sessions are soft and relaxing others are emotional and confronting. You can experience profound joy, cathartic crying or deep relaxation and rest. You can feel tingles and warmth just as well as tension and muscles contracting. You can gain deep insight and perspective or physically connect to constraints and flows your body is holding for you. Everything is welcome. Most importantly, it is your body and your breath - and you are always empowered - with my support and guidance too - to listen to your own signals and make the practice yours. I am always here to respond to any questions as our session opens.

Create a space for your practice

In preparation, I always recommend feeling into your space. And observing what you need in order to feel open and relaxed. This can look different for all of us, but it can be things like picking up mess or clutter that bothers you, making the bed or anything similar. You don’t need a lot. You can choose to be on a mat, a couch or your bed - any place where you can lie comfortably for 45-50 minutes. With each booking also follows a short e-mail with more detailed recommendations for how you may prepare your space for a meaningful practice.

I am a creative catalyst and doula for ideas, intuitive guide and facilitator of expansion and authentic expression. Through two decades of self-development practices and more than ten years of building contexts for other people to thrive and innovate at work - I bring together an eclectic mix of tools and perspectives on human evolution, learning, wellbeing, healing and creativity. As a certified Breathwork healing practitioner through ongoing study with Michelle Baker and David Elliot (steps 1-5) I invite a playful, deep, warm and present atmosphere - leaving us open to explore, feel and heal.
