These are 75 minutes to forge a deep connection with yourself.

Through tapping into a specific two-phase breath pattern, you are guided to move from your rational and analytical mind to a different state of consciousness.

The presence in and with your body (and breath), empowers you to create a more compassionate relationship with yourself. And gives you new points of reference and sensations from which you can build greater self-awareness, self-dialogue and self-alignment - in your day to day.

This session is for you if you are feeling stressed or disconnected from yourself - your emotions, your truth and your intuition.

Or if you feel stagnant, overwhelmed, burdened or blocked creatively.

It is also for you if you are curious to find new ways of self-discovery, like to change perspectives or want to care for yourself - mind, body and soul.

Each session consists of a check in and grounding, breath-practice, rest and reflection.
