Seemingly simple, the breath is a millenia-old method, to quiet your busy mind, drop into your body and listen.

There are many different techniques and modalities of breathwork. Structured breathing patterns aimed to support you - your health, wellbeing and connection to self. Allowing you to care for yourself - your body, your nervous system, your mind, your soul - holistically, without sacrifice.

As a trained Breathwork Healing Practitioner I guide you through a specific two-phase breathing pattern and hold space for you to experience yourself and all that is possible.

Our bodies hold a lot. The stress, fears and traumas - much as the joys - all leave an imprint on our body and nervous system. These imprints are wordless. Sometimes hidden, other times painful tensions and big physical symptoms that simply let us know…there is something that needs to be heard.

In this active meditation, you are given space and guidance to disconnect from your thoughts and busy life, drop into YOU and safely interact with the patterns you store in inside.

The two-phase breath pattern, helps you in moving from your rational and analytical mind to a different state of consciousness. Supporting your nervous system to safely release tension and emotions that have kept you stagnant.

In group

  • Feel supported, inspired and more free in a collective space.

  • You don’t need or desire extensive hands/on support from a teacher.
